We would like to ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us if you still want to spend the day in Stuben. After a sporty last day in Stuben you have the possibility to take a shower at our place.

• Cancellations up to 3 months before the arrival date are free of charge,
• up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40 %,
• up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 %
• and in the last week before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 90 % of the total package price.

On request, we can provide you with cribs, high chairs and wooden sledges for children free of charge.

Dogs are allowed on request, charges apply.

Yes, WLAN is free of charge for our guests in all areas of the accommodation.

Underground parking spaces are allocated for our 70m² apartments.

Yes, we are happy to deliver freshly baked bread from the local bakery to your door (please place your order for the whole week on the day of arrival). The current range of baked goods and prices can be obtained from the landlords.

The apartments Maroi, Zimba, Wirt, Albona, Erzberg, Kracherl, Patriol and Piz Buin have their own infrared sauna in the apartment.

The Arlberg, Kaltenberg, Burtschakopf apartments have a bathtub and a shower in the apartment.

Each apartment has its own heated and lockable ski depot for all your ski and snowboard equipment.

The final cleaning (within the usual framework) is included in the price.

We will provide you with everything you need to know about your vacation at the 1400 FlexenLodge and around Stuben am Arlberg upon your arrival.

You will find door hangers in your apartment that you can hang on the door as required.
Our chambermaids are happy to change your towels and empty your garbage. The entire apartment is cleaned on every departure.

Only things that you personally appreciate. Everything else is available in the apartment (toilet paper, shower gel, crib, dishes)

Yes, we have a Lavazza capsule coffee machine in every apartment. Capsules for the machine can be reordered from us. A basic set of capsules are available in the apartment on your arrival.
